Dennis was polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. Both times he came to visit me, he arrived on time, diagnosed the problems methodically and efficiently. i was very impressed with the way he keeps a clean working space, to me it signifies someone who is passionate and genuinely focused on their work which Dennis obviously is, he gave me clear, useful, objective advice regarding my options and his charges are surprisingly low! I am disabled and a major concern for myself when letting someone that i don't know in my home is safety, i felt very comfortable with Dennis in my home and can highly recommend him. He is the kind of person who is prepared to go the extra mile for half the cost that most other pc gurus charge! Thank you very much Dennis.

My PC had been out of action for some time prior to Alden PC being recommended to me by a friend. No sooner had I spoken to Dennis than he called round and diagnosed the faults. He was very knowledgable and explained the faults to me in a terminology that I could understand as I am not the most PC literate. My PC had to be taken away and was returned to me, as promised, 2 days later, cleaned up with everything reistalled, and ready to use. Dennis was very patient and took he's time demonstrating the changes he had made and he also helped me set up a new laptop, clearing up one or two teathing problems I had experienced with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dennis to anyone requiring assistance with their PC problems. The value for money was very good.

I contacted Alden PC after finding them in the local Directory. I am very happy that I did. The problems with my PC were far worse than I anticipated and I initially thought I was in for a large payout. Denis, the Technician who attended, spent several days trying to find the most cost effective way to cure the problems. It turned out that I needed all kinds of replacements. Denis scoured the internet to find the cheapest components for me and duly installed them. I have to say that I was more than pleasantly surprised at the final cost, which was far below what I had estimated. I am more than happy to recommend these guys to anyone and have already told my friends about them.

I always prefer to use someone recommended to me so I know that I can trust them and receive value for money. I was reluctant to take my faulty PC to one of the big Computer Stores as I wanted to see what was being done to my PC and ensure that my pictures and files were saved if at all possible. Alden PC not only visited my home free of charge to diagnose the problem, but they also recommended a value for money solution. Within 3 days of the initial visit, the parts had been ordered and installed. I received a friendly and reliable service and was up and running again in no time. The Alden PC Guys good! My laptop was so slow it was unsable. The technician came and made the computer fast again in about 45-60 min.He found several viruses and removed them all.
